We’re bringing our Pay What You Can classes to Margate Fl! Our newest Broward studio partner is The Joy & Liberation Centers!

 

@tjnlcartscenter is a collaboration between the @themckenzieprojectinc and @transsocial. The McKenzie Project is a Black led trans organization serving transgender, non-binary and intersex individuals. At their Margate drop-in center, they provide a safe, BRAVE, and inclusive space for TGNCNB+ and LGBTQ+ individuals, their families, and anyone in need. Dance People's year round community care drive for the unhoused with M.A.D (Mutual Aid Distribution West Palm Beach) will now include collection towards TJNL Arts Centers free services which serve our community by providing a wide range of essentials and opportunities, including:​

• Everyday Needs: Food Pantry, Laundry, Shower Room, Clothing Closet, and Mail Care Center.

• Well-being & Support: Mental Therapy, Support Groups, Family Support, and Emergency Linkage to Care.

• Creative & Educational Resources: Creative Arts Classes, Dance and Theater Education (including their Black Box Theater), Entrepreneurial Studies, and Technology and Beauty Rooms.

• Specialized Services: HRT Access, Name Change Linkage, Legal Documents assistance, Charger Station, and engaging community events like Ballroom Culture.
