Cancellation Policy

No credit card required. -Provides access to standard classes. Privates & Special Workshops not included. MEMBERSHIP & RENEWAL: -Clients can purchase drop ins, class packages, & monthly memberships on our website. -Monthly memberships renew automatically on the same day each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date. -It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payment details are up to date to avoid disruptions. CANCELLATIONS: -Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain session credit. - Late cancellations or No Shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit. - Memberships may be canceled any time through the client’s online account or by contacting Dance People. - Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. REFUNDS: - All sales are *final* unless otherwise stated. Dance People does not offer refunds for missed classes, expired packages, or unused sessions. - Exceptions may be made in cases of documented medical emergencies or at our sole discretion. - If a class or workshop is canceled by us, clients may choose a full refund or credit toward a future class. CLASS AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULING: - Class schedules are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. - Clients will be notified of any changes via email or text (ensure contact info is up to date). PAYMENT SECURITY: - All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. - We do not store credit card information on our servers. - Prices and fees are subject to change, but we will provide advance notice of any pricing changes affecting recurring plans. HEALTH & SAFTEY DISCLAIMER: - Dance is a physical activity and may involve risk of injury. By participating, clients acknowledge and accept this risk. CODE OF CONDUCT: - We foster a respectful, diverse, inclusive, and safe environment for all. - Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of class access without refund. - Dance People has a “0” tolerance policy for sexual misconduct
